• We provide a winter monthly inspection service of properties in the area and forward a "property checklist " after each visit complète with meter readings and observations of y our property both internally and externally.This can usually ensure full insurance cover.
  
• Our key holder service also entitles owners to on-going advice on matters involving their property. Should you receive bills or taxes that you don't understand you can always fax them to us for a detailed explanation.
• We can arrange for building works or repairs to be carried out and supervised, for regular cleaning services to be provided and full support services for owners wishing to let their properties. This includes letting properties on behalf of the absentee owners, giving out keys and checking the properties on changeover days. We have a computer based calendar for bookings and when asked for information on properties available to rent, we can offer a varied selection corresponding to the needs of the interested party. We can also provide a cleaning service on changeover days, with linen hire if required.
